The Hula girl has always been one of the most popular images associated with Hawaiian Culture. Hula is an important part of Hawaiian tradition and the dance and dress are breathtaking. I remember attending my first luau at Kona Village and being captivated as I watched my daughter Minnie at the age of three perform the Hukilau in a handmade grass skirt swaying across the stage. The Hula trucker and Lid reflects my love of Hula and the classic hat of surf culture.
